Horizons Colorado at Colorado Academy (HCCA) was founded in 1998 and was the first Horizons site established in Colorado. Over the past 26 years, more than 250 students have graduated from our dynamic summer program. Currently, HCCA's summer program supports more than 225 students in grades PreK through 12 each year, and over time, supports have been added, including a comprehensive year-round high school mentoring program, and transition supports to aid students navigating post-secondary options in pursuit of their career goals. Horizons Colorado at CA is grateful to the many supporters and partners in our community who make this work possible.
