Graland Country Day School
Graland Country Day School is excited and honored to join the Horizons National Program for summer 2024 as an affiliate of Horizons Colorado.
Previously, Graland hosted Camp Roots in partnership with the Metro Migrant Education Program (MEP) and the Jewish Community Center (JCC). Camp Roots offered a summer learning and enrichment program serving students and families in the Aurora Public Schools District. As a Horizons Colorado affiliate, Graland is evolving Camp Roots to a new phase and will continue its partnership with the MEP and collaboration with the JCC's Camp Shai. As part of the Horizons model, students enrolled in the program will benefit from classroom instruction, enrichment activities, swimming lessons, and access to resources that will contribute to their overall development and future success.
